Nestled in the heart of Rome's vibrant artistic quarter, Marta's studio is a sanctuary of controlled chaos—a sun-drenched space alive with the scent of oil paints and the whisper of brushes against textured surfaces. I photographed not just the finished masterpieces but the intimate portraits of Marta herself—capturing her intense focus as she layered strokes, her eyes alight with the fire of invention, her hands stained with the bold blacks and ethereal whites that define her palette.
